She has won 4 county senior titles with her club Sarsfields and she won a Senior Club All Ireland Title with them in the 2019/2020 season. Siobhán won the 2019/2020 Connacht and overall Club player of the year accolades too. Siobhán won 2 All Ireland U16 titles with Galway and 1 Minor All Title. She captained Galway to the 2016 title.
