To drive the development of Camogie throughout Galway at both club and county level by:
- Being at the cutting edge in player development reflecting modern thinking and through ongoing investment in coaching and training
- Providing the facilities and infrastructure necessary for the development of athletes to an elite level
- Driving up the profile of camogie by increasing the visibility and exposure to a wider audience
