What a year for Galway Camogie in 2023! The Galway Senior camogie team retained their Division 1 League Champions title in April, while our U16s were runners-up in the All-Ireland U16 A Championship. Success also for U14s with our U14 Division 1 team winning the All Ireland against Kilkenny in National Blitz, August 5th. At Club level, Sarsfields were crowned Senior A county champions for an amazing fifth year in a row, and were runners-up in the All Ireland Senior Club final. County and Connacht Intermediate champions Shamrocks were beaten semi-finalists in the All Ireland Intermediate Club Championship. Liam Mellows were crowned County and Connacht Junior A Club Champions for the first time in their club history.
