The second interview we are featuring from the new Galway Camogie Coaching section features Sarah Dervan, from the Mullagh camogie club. Sarah captained Galway to the 2019 All Ireland Title. She has won two All Ireland titles with Galway in 2013 and 2019 and also won 2 national league titles in 2015 and 2019. Sarah is a 6 time all star, winning her awards in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019.
The Galway Camogie Coaching Section contains great insights into effective coaching with some of Galway’s best. It includes established players and coaches as well as future leaders of Galway GAA. This section hopes to give coaches an insight into the experiences and knowledge of some of the major stakeholders within Galway GAA. This interview style process hopes to cover all aspects of coaching both on and off the field
