There was a lot of success for Camogie in the 2024 Medtronic Galway Sports Star Awards.

Congratulations to Dervla Higgins who has been awarded Camogie Player of the year for Galway. Her outstanding performances for her club and the county earned her County and Club All Star Awards.

The All Ireland winning Club camogie championship Sarsfields have been awarded the club of the year award while their manager Michael McGrath has been awarded the manager of the year award. It was a year to remember for Sarsfields as they claimed their 6th county title in a row and 4th All Ireland in 6 years back in December.

Dervla, Michael and Sarsfields will be awarded with their awards in the Galway Bay Hotel on the 17th of January.
