30th Oct: UPDATE – Breakfast morning postponed: Out of respect for the sad passing of Mr. Sean Canning, grandfather to our teammate Teigan, and father to our special guest Joe, the Breakfast Morning with All Ireland Senior Camogie Champions has been postponed. The Champions Breakfast will now take place on Friday November 21st in the Clayton Hotel at 8:30am. EVENT DETAILS

Presented by Ollie Turner and Tommy Devane, this hugely exciting event will feature:

  • Joe Canning – Former Galway Hurler and Player of the Year 2017, and winner of 4 Club All Ireland Titles with his club Portumna. Current hurling analyst on The Sunday Game.
  • TJ Ryan – Former Limerick player and manager, coach with the 3 in a row Galway County title winners St Thomas’s 2018 – 2020 and regular pundit on the Irish Examiner “Dalo” Hurling Podcast.
  • Cora Staunton – Former Mayo Ladies footballer and AFLW Star. Winner of 4 All Ireland Senior Medals and 11 Allstar Awards, and joint second on the all time AFLW scoring list with 55 goals. Also, current football analyst on The Sunday Game.
  • Therese Maher – Former Galway Camogie great, played for Galway from 1998 to 2013, winner of 5 All Stars and an All Ireland Medal in 2013. Camogie Player of the Year 2013.
  • Ann Marie Hayes – Former Galway Camogie player, winner of 3 All Stars and an All Ireland Medal in 2013. Also, current camogie analyst on The Sunday Game.
  • Molly Dunne – Current Sports Development Officer at ATU Galway. Won an All Ireland Senior Medal with Galway in 2013 and an Allstar in 2015. Coached St Rynagh’s (Offaly) to 2 Intermediate Club All Irelands and coached Galway Intermediates to All Ireland success in 2022.

There will also be interviews with a number of other sporting greats on the day, as well as a chance to meet members of the current All Ireland Senior Camogie Champions. It promises to be a fantastic occasion and there will also be an auction & raffle prizes to be won on the day.

The proceeds from this event will contribute towards the Holiday Fund for the Galway Senior Camogie Players.
