Manager: Brian Griffin, Pearses Camogie Club

Brian Griffin was ratified as the Galway U16 Camogie Manager for 2026 season.

Brian was chairperson of Galway Camogie from 2020-2024 and has extensive involvement with various camogie panels for several years, including:

  • 2016-2017: Manager, Galway Intermediate
  • Coached NUIG camogie and hurling teams
  • Involved with Galway development squads (U14/U15) since 2019
  • Galway U16 coach since 2023 – coached Galway U16 team to All Ireland titles in 2025 and 2026
  • Galway U15 (2023) – coached Galway U15 team to All Ireland title
  • Coached various underage teams at Club level (Pearses Camogie Club)
  • Coaching St Thomas’ senior camogie team (2026)
