Please use this form to submit the names of the players (up to 5) in your club who wish to participate in the 2026 U17 trials. This form must be submitted by 5pm on Monday December 22,2025.
The U17 trials take place: Saturday 27th December and Saturday 3rd January.
Note: A maximum of 5 players per club can be submitted. Players must be Over 16 and Under 17 for 2026 to be eligible.
