Form: Player participation in U14 trials

Please use this form to submit the names of the players in your club who wish to participate in this year’s U14 trials. This form must be submitted by Monday March 16th. We are requesting all players who are eligible to play under 14 (players must be over 13 and under 14) to sign up, with a maximum of 8 players per club.
